Under his guidance, Climate Asia has become an influential force in climate advocacy and education, successfully expanding its network to include over 100,000+ individuals and organisations spanning international funders, corporate social responsibility initiatives, NGOs, and other climate-focused entities.
Co-Lead, EquiLead
Anchal Kakkar drives strategic initiatives and fosters high-impact partnerships across the organisation. Currently, she spearheads EquiLead, an initiative dedicated to advancing gender equity and leadership. Prior to Climate Asia, Anchal honed her expertise at the Boston Consulting Group and Dasra. She holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, is a Shell Foundation/Impact Business Leaders Fellow, and is a seasoned Chartered Accountant by profession.

Koushik is responsible for designing and implementing organisational development initiatives and accelerator programmes that enable direct and indirect climate actors and organisations from across the spectrum in various sectors to transition to a massive change in the fundamental functioning of their operations to fight climate change.

Pallavi is an Artist, Author and a Queer Feminist, passionate about working in gender equity and climate change. She worked as a Policy Specialist at University of California San Diego’s Center on Gender Equity and Health, holding a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard. She was also a Fulbright Nehru and recipient of Social Innovator Fellowship at Harvard. With a strong background in strategic consulting at Bain & Company and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi, she has made significant contributions during her five years at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on public health in India. Pallavi also co-founded WeUnlearn, an NGO addressing bullying and gender stereotypes among Indian youth.

Accelerator Design Specialist
Raisha Galib leads resilience-building initiatives at Climate Asia, where she works as an Accelerator design specialist at the intersection of climate action and community development. She anchors program design and execution while specializing in strengthening climate resilience among civil society organizations in rural India, with a particular focus on co-creating sustainable, culturally relevant solutions with marginalized communities. At Climate Asia, she also supports the EquiLead Initiative, which promotes gender-inclusive workplaces in the climate sector through tailored interventions.
Prior to Climate Asia, Raisha served as a Senior Program Manager at Teach For India, where she led strategy and operations for their regional program and was also a Teach For India Fellow. This background in education and community engagement informs her current approach to building capacity for climate action. A graduate of Lady Shri Ram College, Raisha is passionate about driving equitable and sustainable change.

Swati spearheads strategic and product innovation, driving transformative solutions and advancing sustainability at Climate Asia. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s vision, aligning strategy with impactful, long-term objectives. Prior to Climate Asia, Swati successfully spearheaded high-impact strategic and digital expansion initiatives within the consulting and banking sectors. Her experience spans across landscape analysis, enhancing customer engagement, driving substantial revenue growth, and optimizing go-to-market strategies. Swati holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the Indian School of Business, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from NSIT, Delhi.
