Cascade is Climate Asia's accelerator for frontline organisations ready to scale. We work with CSOs across Asia to strengthen the foundations that determine whether good work compounds or stalls: program design, governance, evidence systems, and the funder relationships that turn proof points into pipelines.

Uda Majhlitand, Jharkhand
In partnership with SAMVAD, the Uda Majhlitand community strengthened local Gram Sabhas, mapped over 12,800 forest trees, and transitioned toward value-added products like laddus, pickles, and cookies — creating sustainable income streams and improving climate resilience.
Kalahandi, Odisha
With Climate Asia's support, Seba Jagat is pioneering biochar-based agriculture in drought-prone regions of Odisha, helping farmers restore soil health, improve crop yields, and adopt practices that make farming more climate-resilient.
Telkoi, Odisha
With our support, Women's Organisation for Rural Development (WORD) implemented land reclamation, water harvesting, and sustainable agriculture in Telkoi, resulting in improved soil health, food security, and resilience.

Organisations are matched to a cohort based on thematic focus, geography, and stage of development — so peer learning is relevant, not accidental.
Structured support across program design, governance, fundraising, and evidence — delivered through expert-led sessions, peer cohort exchanges, and dedicated one-on-one coaching.
